Invite your closest friends, your mah jongg group or the couples in your neighborhood. There are no rules here, it's your kitchen. You pick the menu. Ask as many questions as you want. This class is informal, yet informative, and FUN. It's cooking demystified, and made easy. You'll be waking up the next morning with something so much more useful than restaurant leftovers and a nasty hangover: the skills to recreate the entire meal with confidence for your picky husband or that impossible-to-impress friend.

A private, relaxed and fun night of cooking instruction, customized for you and your friends in the comfort of your own kitchen
Classes are 2.5 - 3 hours long
We do the menu planning, grocery shopping, and bring the tools that you and your guests need to make a menu of 5 dishes from scratch and enjoy a meal together at the end
All attendees receive a personalized recipe booklet complete with tips, tricks and timelines to help you recreate your meal with confidence at home

Classes can be held in ANY kitchen of your choice where your guests can sit on a chair or stool comfortably
The Balaboosta Chef will travel to most towns in Westchester and Lower Fairfield County. We are happy to travel to New York City and Long Island for an additional fee. Travel costs are based on distance from Armonk, New York at $60/hour round trip
